Warranty and exchange

Warranty

All KaseMe phone cases, skins, and ChargePods are covered by a one (1) year warranty starting from the shipment date of your order. If your product breaks or shows a manufacturing defect, please contact us through this form. Our team will assist you with a replacement at no cost.

Please note that, under our warranty policy, only the same design will be sent as a replacement. Normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty. A maximum exchange amount of four (4) times will be accepted for the same product within the warranty period of 12 months. The warranty period does not "reset" if a warranty is given to a customer. 

Additionally, the following products are not covered by the one (1) year warranty:

  • Screen protectors

  • All accessories valued under $20

  • Mystery cases

 

Exchange

You can start your exchange online here.

You may exchange your product within 30 days of the shipping date, provided that it is new and unused. This policy does not apply to personalized products, which are non-exchangeable.

No refunds are available. Our mystery cases are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
