When does KaseMe’s Black Friday sale end?

The sale ends on Tuesday, December 2nd at 11:59 PM (EST).

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all standard payment options: credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. You can also use Klarna or Sezzle to pay in multiple installments.

Can I use a promo code received during the sale?

No. Black Friday discounts are applied automatically and cannot be combined with any other code.

How can I use my KaseMe Rewards credits?

Once you’re in your cart, you'll be able to choose how many credits you want to redeem. The selected amount will automatically be converted into a promo code. Just enter this code in the designated field at checkout to reduce your total.

Which shipping options will be available during the sale?

All regular shipping methods will be available. You can choose the one that suits you best at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the method you choose.They will be displayed at checkout and include production times.

Can I return Black Friday purchases?

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, whether you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model for a gift.

Is the Black Friday sale available in stores too?

Yes! All discounts are available in our 8 Québec stores: Laurier Québec, Galeries de la Capitale, Centre Les Rivières, Place du Royaume, Promenades Gatineau, Carrefour Laval, Galeries d’Anjou, and Promenades St-Bruno. Click here to see our exact locations.

Which products are available in stores?

All our products are available in stores, including customization. If a design isn’t displayed, simply ask a team member, they can produce it for you on the spot in all our stores except Laurier Québec. Production requires a minimum of 15 minutes and may take longer if there are customers ahead of you.

I entered the wrong address, can I update it?

Yes, as long as the package hasn’t been shipped yet. Write to us as quickly as possible so we can correct it before it goes out.

I placed multiple orders. Can you combine them?

Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders. Each order will be shipped separately, which also means more little KaseMe surprises in your mailbox!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t entered production. Since every case is made to order, contact us quickly if you wish to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

An item is missing from my order.

If you ordered a MacBook skin, it may be shipped separately. A small card in your package will let you know. Production time for skins is slightly longer, which explains the separate shipment.

I placed multiple orders but only one has arrived.

Each order is processed separately. Depending on production priority and the chosen shipping method, some orders may simply arrive earlier than others.

Our team is very busy during this period, but we always do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
